If you’re wanting an exterior that reads as a true greige, try pairing Thunder with off-white. ![]() Not to mention, certain color pairings can change the way Thunder translates. Benjamin Moore’s Thunder is versatile and, like many other greige options, it can read differently depending on the amount of sun a home gets. I am totally in love with the Ben Moore Grant Beige color with the Revere Pewter, but it is for sure still a neutral not a "color' so much like yellow or blue. This greige paint color leans into its gray roots but still maintains some warmth. That is how I found Revere Pewter actually:) ![]() I have not tried any blue colors in our space so I wouldn't know what to recommend really, but if you google "best designer blue paint colors", I would not be surprised if you find some direction there by the choices that you see repeating on these sites. ![]() It seems to be more of a sunflower yellow, not a butter yellow so much.) Yellows become much brighter than on the chip when you paint them on the walls, so sometimes starting with a color that looks almost brownish will turn out more what you are hoping for in the end. I have found yellows to be super challanging to get the right undertone! Some popular ones from Ben Moore with designers are, Windham Cream (butter yellow), Hawthorne yellow (very bright yellow, looked like a school bus in my space, but is uber popular on Houzz if you look it up. But, if you are looking for something to compliment the Revere Pewter in you kitchen, I have been looking at Pashimina (reads more brown than gray in my space) Chelsea Gray (might be too much gray for you, but is really lovely with the Revere Pewter), Gilford Green (if you are looking for "color" it is a lovely green that just happens to be color of the year on the Ben Moore web site), Grant Beige is a gorgeous color next to Revere Pewter in my opinion, and is a nice shade when you are layering colors in an open concept type of room like the peek into the kitchen from the living room etc. Jillali, what is the yellow color that you have in your living room pictures-do you remember the shade? I think that it looks more yellow than tan in the pics from my monitor, and seems pretty cheery for a dark space. Thank you W Brown, those colors are really beautiful-I just looked them up on the Ben Moore website and they look promising! Have you seen them with the Revere Pewter side by side in person, and do they bring out more of the green in the RP or do they stay neutral? Both look like really beautiful rich colors! ![]()
